Thanks everyone! A little bit more about me for those who do not know me already: age 42, 6'-1", 225#, single dad, career has been mainly spent in non-profit and medical management, spent time as a therapist but got burned out, etc. Just finished a cycle that was 600mg Test E weekly, 400mg Deca weekly, and 40mg/daily of Dbol (1st 4 weeks only). I was 209# and 18% bodyfat when I started and I ended at 235# and 15% bodyfat. I lost 10 pounds of water weight and ended up at 225#. I'll post up a recent pic shortly.

Here is a pic from yesterday. Not bad for 42. I plan to run another cycle later this year and then one more early next year. My goal is to end up around 250# at 10% or less bodyfat.
