Nice to join your forum - I hear you rock! Im over on ology but always looking to expand my knowledge base.
a brief history - always been to the gym, but spent a lot of wasted time on the nautilus "executive circuit" with not much to show for it. I had kids about 16 years ago and gave it up more or less for 9 of those years, cause i was "too busy." Big mistake - I got stressed and fat. I started up at Golds gym (more serious setup) about 7 years ago, went from 225 size 38 to 175 size 33. i was way too skinny at that, so i have been gradually been creeping up to 230 still 36 pants :-( Good news is that I wear xl or xxl and not a medium on top so I have done something right! LOL
Now I'm addicted to the lifestyle and love feeling i shape. Here's a few pics...okay - it's my starting pic - lol - cant get any others to upload! Later, right?
